1. When you will purchase this service ?
   When you have purchased a product such as (visiting card, T-shirts, stickers etc)  which require a designer to edit or recreate it before printing 
   
   
2. When you don't have to purchase this service?
   If your design is already in a perfect format such as (CDR, PNG, SVG, PSD, AI) but you just need a minor change to be done. in this case we will make a minor change for free
   
   
3. How much design i can get for 350rs?
   You can get made only 1 design in 350rs. If you want to make multiple designs you have to add quantity 
   
   
4. What if I want to make a template and only basic content will be changed in other designs?
   If the design as a whole remains constant but the basic content like name, mobile no. email is changing then only one design charges is applicable 
   
   
5. Can I get a logo designed by purchasing this?
   No. Logo designing is a time taking process, that cannot be designed in 350rs. To design a logo kindly 9769766767, Our team will help you with the logo designing
   
   
6. At what format ill get the design?
   You will receive a design file in PDF, PNG, JPG & SVG format. In some cases you may get CDR. (Please confirm this before making the design) 
   
   
7. Do we share Editable Link for canva designs?
   Yes, We do share editable link with you for future use. (note. files are not saved for more than 60 days) 
   
   
8. What is the turnaround time for design ?
   After the payment done, Our team will reach - out to you. once co ordinated the design will be ready in 1-2 hours
   
   
9. Can I avail designing service even if i don't want to print anything?
   No. One cannot avail designing service if he/she/they don't want to print
   to Avail this service you need to have made advance payment for any one product 
   
   
10. Can I get designing service online (without visiting store)?
    Yes, Once you purchase designing service our team will send a google meet link to complete the designing service.
    
11. What all languages Designer speak 
    We have Two designers on board at the moment 
    Ismail :- Hindi, Urdu, (thoda english)
    Shabbir :- Hindi, Tamil, English, (thoda marathi)
