Printifile Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Printifile for your custom printing needs. As all our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer returns or refunds for completed orders. Each order is unique and made specifically for you, and production begins only after your approval of the final design proof.

 

Order Approval:

Prior to printing, you will receive a digital proof of your artwork for your review and approval. It is crucial that you carefully examine this proof for any errors, including but not limited to:

Once you approve the proof, your order is considered final and will proceed to printing. By approving the proof, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it thoroughly and are satisfied with the design.

Exceptions:

While we do not offer refunds or returns for completed orders due to the custom nature of our products and the proof approval process, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. We will consider reprints. If your request is approved from our end we will provide you the reprint product and it will be delivered to you within of 3-5 Days

Order Cancellation:

Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order is considered confirmed, and production will begin. Due to the rapid turnaround time of our print-on-demand service, we are unable to process cancellations once production has commenced.
