Thank you for choosing Printifile Innovations Pvt. Ltd. for your custom printing needs.
Because all our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not offer returns or refunds for completed orders. Each order is unique and production begins only after your approval of the final design proof.

Order Approval
- You will receive a digital proof before printing.
- Please carefully review for:
- Spelling mistakes
- Grammatical errors
- Layout issues
- Color accuracy (note: on-screen colors may differ slightly from printed output)
- Image resolution and size
- Once approved, your order is final and will proceed to production. By approving the proof, you confirm that you have reviewed it thoroughly and are satisfied with the design.

Exceptions
While refunds are not available due to the custom nature of our products, we will provide free reprints in the following cases:
Print Defects
If your product contains significant defects such as misprints, smudging, or physical damage during production (not shipping):
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence.
- We will assess the issue and, if approved, reprint the affected items at no cost.
- Reprints are delivered within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged in transit:
- Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
- We will assist you with the claims process and, where possible, provide a replacement.

Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order.
- After this time, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible due to the rapid turnaround of our print-on-demand service.
