Welcome to Printifile! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). 1. DEFINITIONS

• "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Printifile.

• "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our Services.

• "Order" refers to any purchase of printed materials or related products from Printifile.

2. USE OF SERVICES

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information for your orders.

• You may not use our Services for unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to printing copyrighted, offensive, or illegal content.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• Orders are subject to acceptance by Printifile. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

• Full payment is required before processing any order unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at checkout.

• Taxes, shipping fees, and other applicable charges will be included in your final bill.

4. PRINTING & DESIGN GUIDELINES

• You are responsible for ensuring that the submitted files meet our specifications (e.g., resolution, format, color settings).

• Printifile is not responsible for errors in the submitted designs, including typos, image resolution, or incorrect color profiles.

• We may refuse or modify designs that contain inappropriate or illegal content.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

• Printifile is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Re-delivery charges may apply for incorrect addresses.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.

• Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items due to Printifile’s error. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• We do not accept returns on custom-printed products unless they are defective.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Customers must have the rights to use any content they submit for printing.

• Printifile retains the right to showcase printed designs for promotional purposes unless a written request for confidentiality is provided.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Printifile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

• We collect and store your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to data collection and usage practices described therein.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai
